Dubai, April 6th, 2010. – Blusens Global Corporation, through its Middle Eastern Branch, Blusens Networks, has started a RoadShow throughout the GCC region in order to display their new developments in IPTV, Digital Signage, OTT, Internet Advertising and Connected Home technologies. Started on March 28th in Kuwait, the Roadshow is aimed at integrators, consultants and telecom operators, and will have its next stops at Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha, Abu Dhabi and Dubai during April. It will last until May.
The RoadShow has been set up with the goal of increasing awareness on Next Gen technologies for TV distribution and direct advertising, display tailored solutions for TV operators, Hospitality Properties, Single Brand shops and Retail Centres, which will enhance visibility, operation management and direct revenue from installed TV systems and platforms.Blusens Networks has decided to do the Roadshow in this region based on the existing demand of this kind of solutions by Consultants, Integrators and Operators.
“We understood some time ago that technology, specially related to the field of TV distribution, is one of the great unknowns basically because of the dependence on cable networks and because of the lack of reliability and features that initial IP systems suffered. Fortunately, technology is now at a stage where it can cope with the constant stream of HD content in both small private networks, as well as nationwide or global ones, and that is exactly what we want to show in our Roadshow”, said Miguel Silva, Executive Vice-President of Blusens Global Corporation.
With an attendance of over 100 guests, from integrators and consultants to telecom operators and official bodies, the first show at Kuwait has been a complete success. The attendants had first hand opportunity to interact with the various systems on display and explore the endless possibilities these new technologies can already be put in operation.
According to Miguel Churruca, Marketing Manager at Blusens Global Corporation, adds, “the success acquired in the Kuwait Roadshow demonstrates the general interest in the solutions and technologies exhibited and it encourages us to keep moving in this direction”.
